Competition for the rank of the UK’s No.1 Registrar* has been the fiercest we’ve ever known in the history of the Capital Analytics’ survey.  I know that both Computershare and our industry colleagues have pulled out all of the stops in our quest to deliver impeccable service and outstanding innovation in the past year – but at the end of the day, there can only be one winner. 

In 2011, the Registrar topping 24 out of the 36 survey categories and voted as delivering the highest quality overall service is once again Computershare.

I’m both pleased and proud that we’ve topped the leader board for the 4th year in a row – and I’ll say right now that we’re planning to stay on top of our game and do so again next year.

Highlights for us this year include an impressive score of 96% for Overall Satisfaction and an increase of 15% in the rating of our Service to Shareholders. Our Service to Company scored 92% and our Dividend Service was the highest ranked at 96%. Across all these areas, Computershare has been ranked number 1 compared to our competitors.
