We are delighted that the 2009 Capital Analytics survey of Registrars once again ranks us as the No.1 Registrar in the UK, and places us top in the majority of the categories surveyed.

During the past year, we’ve taken on board comments from our clients and from the survey findings and have enhanced our overall performance yet again. This hard work has meant that areas which got great results in last year’s survey have delivered new heights of performance and associated customer satisfaction.

For instance, our scores for Overall Satisfaction, Call Centre Knowledge about Company, Service to Shareholders, Dividends and Accuracy of Invoices in this year’s survey, have all gone up significantly, as well as many others.

The effort starts now to make sure we keep up and improve on the levels of service our clients and their shareholders expect.
