Our major project to enhance Issuer Online – our global online registry management and reporting system for issuers – has made significant progress since the start of the year. Here is a recap on what’s been released so far, as well as a preview of the new features and enhancements still to come.
New features released since January
> FileShare – a safer way to send and receive confidential shareholder information to and from Computershare
> FAQs - provides quick and easy answers to routine questions
> Meeting Calendar - enables you to find out more information on events leading up to a meeting, including calculating important due dates and the ability to initiate meetings with Computershare.
Latest release
Introducing Messages – a notification tool that gives us the ability to provide you with useful information from Computershare, including:
> industry updates
> legislative changes (such as the Companies Act)
> upcoming events/seminars
> client communications (such as future editions of Insight)
> promotional/product offers
> new functionality being introduced within Issuer Online.
Watch this space
The V4.2 release of Issuer Online is due in February next year, promising a whole range of new high-performance functionality, tools and services to further improve and enhance Issuer Online. Highlights of the new version include:
> enhanced reporting features, on demand reporting and improved stability and performance
> improved holder search functionality and presentation of holders’ results display
> customisable dashboard and reporting summary pages
> increased usability and accessibility.
