One new face and Domenic returns to the fold
Marla Balicao joins us as Head of Company Secretarial Services. Marla will be based in London alongside our Capital Markets teams and will be assisting on IPOs, Capital Raising and M&A, and to provide ongoing Company Secretarial Services. Before joining Computershare Marla was Company Secretary for Babcock & Brown and prior to this worked in the Company Secretarial Department at JPMorgan.
Domenic Brancati has been part of the Georgeson corporate advisory team since 2001 and has returned to the UK after spending over a year in Australia running the local Georgeson business there. He has advised and executed on some of the largest M&A transactions and proxy fights in Europe and Asia including transactions such as the Barclays’ proposed merger with ABN Amro, Old Mutual’s takeover of Skandia and the Arcelor / Mittal and Royal Dutch Shell / Knight Vinke Asset Management proxy fights.
