The GCM achieves this in 3 distinct areas: Global solutions, Market Structure Reform and Cross border strategy.

The objective of the GCM is to leverage Computershare’s unique global assets, market insight and position, to generate market advantage for our clients and their intermediaries. This may include assisting in accessing international investment, enhancing stakeholder servicing and enfranchisement, and improving market structures for benefit of Issuer and investor alike.

Computershare’s Global Transaction Unit, as part of the GCM, supports the international brokering community by leveraging Computershare’s global capabilities to rapidly move securities between markets, often within hours.
