Channel migration programs
Our experience has shown that for many organisations the deployment of electronic communication solutions for customers in isolation often fails to provide a return on investment as their customers often fail to migrate from costly physical mail to the new e-communication alternative. Computershare has conducted over 600 incentive based channel migration programs to successfully influence customer channel behaviour. The eTree initiative (in partnership with Landcare Australia) has led the way, migrating over one million customers and securityholders to e-communications since 2004.
