Chris Morris is a founding member of Computershare (established in 1978) and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1990. Chris' extensive knowledge of the securities industry and its user requirements from both a national and international perspective, coupled with his passion and long term strategic vision, have been instrumental in developing Computershare into a global company that is unique in its provision of a full range of solutions to meet the needs of listed companies and their stakeholders. In November 2006, Chris became the Company's Executive Chairman.

Stuart Crosby
Chief Executive Officer

Stuart Crosby was appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of the Computershare Group in November 2006. He joined Computershare in 1999 as a strategic business development manager and, in that role, worked to build the Group's interests in Continental Europe and Asia. In 2002, he was appointed Group Managing Director - Asia Pacific, responsible for operations in Australia, New Zealand, India and Hong Kong and, in 2005, he was appointed the Group's Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Computershare, Stuart was the National Head of Listings at the ASX, and worked for the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, heading its intermediary licensing division and later as a director of enforcement.
Stuart is a member of the Nomination Committee and the Acquisitions Committee.
He is based in Melbourne.

Mark Davis
Group Regional Director

With a background practising law in one of Asia Pacific’s leading law firms, Mark joined Computershare as Chief Legal Counsel (APAC) and joint Company Secretary in 2001.
Appointed as Group Regional Director in 2006, Mark is responsible for strengthening our operations in Australia and New Zealand across the entire portfolio of Computershare services.
Mark holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Greg Dooley
Managing Director
Computershare Investor Services
Greg Dooley is currently the Managing Director of Computershare’s Investor Services division in Australia, responsible for the provision of registry services to over 50% of all listed companies as well as a large number of non-listed entities.
Joining Computershare in 2001 as the New South Wales General Manager, Greg has successfully managed a number of key registry areas including client relations and corporate actions for some of Australia’s leading corporations.
Prior to commencing with Computershare, Greg spent 11 years at Bankers Trust where he held a variety of senior management roles spanning share registry, IT and funds management.

Graham Giannini
Director of Operations
Graham is responsible for providing operational services for Computershare’s businesses. Services within Operations’ mandate include enquiry handling through all customer communication channels (telephone/IVR, web/email, written/forms), as well as all transaction execution services including mailroom, scanning and imaging, data keying and validating as well as other back-office processing.
Graham is passionate about customer service, having successfully led sizeable customer service units within the financial services industry for the last 25 years. His role is to ensure Computershare provides outstanding, reliable and value for money service to customers at all times. Graham also takes a leadership role across Computershare’s global Operations units.

Geoff Price
Managing Director

Geoff has over 16 years of specialist consulting experience in the employee share, option and strategic reward design areas. Geoff has worked for many major global public companies in developing and implementing their employee share plan strategy, including BP, Royal Dutch Shell, Royal Bank of Scotland, BHP Billiton, HSBC, AMP, ANZ and National Australia Bank.
Geoff joined Computershare in April 2001 following the acquisition of the Plan Managers business he co-founded in Australia in 1998. Geoff has continued to drive the growth of the Plan Managers business within Computershare in Australia from 25 clients and 30,000 plan participants, to over 100 clients and 300,000 participants. Geoff has recently returned from three years leading our UK Plan Managers Business, and now leads Computershare's global share plan management practice, which represents over three million plan holders under management, and 800 specialised staff.
Geoff draws on his extensive industry experience across multiple jurisdictions to ensure that high quality advice and solutions are delivered to all clients for current and future plans.

Peter Milburn

Peter Milburn has line responsibility for Computershare’s Communication Services business in Australia.
Peter has been actively involved in the security printing industry for 35 years and has been working for companies at the forefront of electronic printing since its inception in 1983. He has held strategic senior roles at Australia’s largest security printing companies and has been a senior leader of Computershare Communication services for the last 15 years.
In his position as Managing Director, Peter has established Communication Services as a customer-focused organisation possessing a reputation for service, quality and innovation.

Warwick Angus

Group Business Development & Computershare Fund Services
Warwick has over 15 years of experience in financial services working across Australia, Asia, North America and Europe. He joined Computershare in December 2002 and has overall global responsibility for Computershare’s business development and go-to-market strategies. Since July 2007 Warwick has taken executive responsibility for the development and expansion of Computershare’s Fund Services operation in this region.
Prior to joining Computershare, Warwick spent 11 years with Ernst & Young in a range of national and global functions specialising in taxation and financial services.

Glenn Seaye

Glenn Seaye is the Managing Director of Computershare Technology Services in the Oceania region and has been with Computershare for over seven years.
Glenn has 20 years of experience within the information technology services space, primarily consulting on behalf of global Software Vendors. Glenn’s roles have focused on the development and deployment of Software Solutions spanning several industries including: Aerospace and Defence, Banking, Insurance and Government.
Glenn joined Computershare in 2001 and has been extensively involved in the successful standardisation and subsequent deployment of software solutions globally, covering all major company groups.
In his current role, Glenn leads a division that comprises several hundred technical and support staff (based in Sydney and Melbourne) responsible for development for the Computershare Oceania group of companies.

As Managing Director of Georgeson, Ryan specialises in providing strategic advice and execution services for takeovers, mergers, corporate restructures, demutualisations, capital raisings and other extraordinary transactions.
Since joining Georgeson in February 2002, Ryan has managed many high profile takeovers and schemes including St George's merger with Westpac, Manchester Unity's merger with HCF, Coles’ merger with Wesfarmers, nib's demutualisation, Suncorp’s merger with Promina, APA’s bid for Qantas and Toll’s takeover of Patrick. Other transactions managed include Foster’s bid for Southcorp, WMC’s defence of Xstrata’s bid, Tabcorp’s bid for TAB and Woolworth’s bid for ALH.
