Chris Morris

Chris Morris was a founding member of Computershare in 1978 and was its Chief Executive Officer from 1990 to 2006. His extensive knowledge of the securities industry and its user requirements from both a national and international perspective has been instrumental in developing Computershare into a global company.

His passion and strategic vision have helped create a company that is unique in its ability to provide a full range of solutions to meet the needs of listed companies and their stakeholders. Chris is also the Group Managing Director for the EMEA region.

Chris was also appointed as the non-executive Chairman of Empire Beer Group Limited in March 2009.

Chris is Chairman of the Nomination Committee and the Acquisitions Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee. He is based in Melbourne.  

 

Stuart Crosby

Stuart Crosby was appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of the Computershare Group in
November 2006. He has been with the company for over 10 years. 

Before becoming CEO, Stuart was the Group’s Chief Operating Officer.  He also spent several years
running the company’s operations in Australia, New Zealand, India and Hong Kong, and played a key role in building the company’s interests in Asia and Continental Europe.

Prior to joining Computershare, Stuart was the National Head of Listings at the Australian Stock
Exchange and held various senior roles with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

Stuart is a member of the Nomination Committee and the Acquisitions Committee. He is based in
Melbourne.

 

Peter Barker

Peter Barker was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Computershare in January 2009. As
Chief Financial Officer, Peter is responsible for providing financial leadership across the entire
organisation, including accounting and business support in all of the Computershare group entities.
Peter's responsibilities also cover Financial Planning and Control, Treasury, Tax, Acquisition Analysis, Financial Systems, and Investor Relations.

Peter has over 20 years of finance experience and has held regional and global financial roles with
BHP Billiton, Cisco Systems and Amdahl Corporation. Peter began his career with Ernst and Young.

Peter holds a B.Comm (University of Queensland) and an MBA (Heriot-Watt University) and is a
graduate of the Wharton School’s Advanced Management Program.  He is a Fellow of CPA Australia
and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

 

Paul Conn

Paul has more than 30 years experience in financial markets worldwide and is currently based in
Computershare's New York office. He is actively involved in the development of strategic initiatives
across the range of Computershare's business. Prior to joining Computershare Paul spent over 18
years working for both the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)
in a number of senior positions. These ranged from operations (trading and settlement), business
development (new products, services and systems), legal and regulation, to business policy and
strategy.

As the president of the Global Capital Markets Group, Paul oversees the product strategy
development and services such as global registry, cross-border trading and settlement services
within the Computershare group.

 

Steve Rothbloom

Steven is President of Computershare USA with direct responsibility for all businesses across the US. This includes stock transfer, employee plan and options, Communication Services and bankruptcy administration businesses.

Steven was part of the Executive Team that came across to Computershare following the Harris
Bank acquisition in 2000. He joined Harris in 1986 and after a series of senior appointments, became Executive Vice President in 1998.

He holds a BA from Queens College, New York, and an MBA in Financial Management (with
distinction) from Pace University in New York.

 

Stuart Irving

Appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Computershare Limited in January 2008, Stuart is
responsible for all aspects of Computershare’s global information technology (IT) infrastructure and
line-of-business application development, support and maintenance.

With 20 years of Securities Industry and IT Management experience, Stuart has held a wide variety
of IT roles in a number of countries for Computershare. Most recently he served as North American
CIO, where he led the IT due diligence and integration for all acquisitions supporting
Computershare’s significant growth, global expansion and implementation of new business models.
In addition to IT Management responsibilities Stuart also acts as Executive Relationship Manager
for a number of our larger and complex accounts.

Prior to Computershare, Stuart was with The Royal Bank of Scotland, where he held a number of
roles in the Securities and Technology divisions.

 

Mark Davis

With a background practising law in one of Asia Pacific’s leading law firms, Mark joined Computershare as Chief Legal Counsel (APAC) and joint Company Secretary in 2001.

Appointed as Group Regional Director in 2006, Mark is responsible for strengthening our operations in Australia and New Zealand across the entire portfolio of Computershare services.

Mark holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

 

 Wayne Newling

Wayne is responsible for a broad range of Computershare Canada’s services inclusive of Corporate
Trust, Transfer Agency, Employee Equity Plans, Proxy Solicitation and Communication Services.

He was formerly the President of Communication Services, North America, and prior to his
appointment as Canadian President, fulfilled the role of North American Chief Operating Officer.

Wayne has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry and has held change management,
sales and distribution positions with Coca-Cola, Pacific Dunlop and State Bank of NSW.

Before transferring to Canada in 2003, Wayne was General Manager of Computershare
Communication Services in Sydney, Australia for two years.

 

James Wong

James Wong heads up the North Asia business of Computershare, and is also the Chief Executive
Officer of Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited ("CHIS"), the largest provider of
share registration and other related shareholder services in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Computershare, James was HSBC's senior executive in charge of securities services
business in Hong Kong and China.  James is a Certified Public Accountant, and was with HSBC for 25
years working in corporate and retail banking businesses.

He is currently a member of the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee, member of the Disciplinary
Subcommittee of the Treasury Markets Association and Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation
of Share Registrars.
