Issuer Online™ update

 
Many of our clients have now had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the latest enhancements to Issuer Online™, included as part of the official new release on 10th December 2008.

Making full use of Issuer Online’s™ flexible modular design, many of the new features and functionality were released over the past twelve months to coincide with key events on the corporate calendar. A prime example was Proxy Watch, released to clients well in advance of the official launch in time for last year’s annual general meeting season.

Proxy Watch delivered immediate benefits, giving our clients increased visibility of overall voting positions, enabling early identification of voting trends on contentious resolutions, and ultimately providing greater control over the proxy voting process.

Proxy Watch is a prime example of our approach to continuous service and technology improvement; effectively piloted with Computershare clients in the U.S., it was adapted and refined for the Australian market, incorporating input from our local clients.

As we continue to reinvest in technology, further enhancements are planned for Issuer Online™ including advanced reporting, capital allotments, directors’ alerts and the integration of Employee Watch and Global Issuer Online™.
