INSIGHT – February 2009 Regional Director’s Welcome
We constantly discuss with our clients the most important thing a service provider can offer their business and, even in these uncertain times, the conversation regularly returns to one thing – innovation.
For Computershare, technology and service innovation is critical to every aspect of delivering certainty around our clients’ core business requirements.
For example, innovation is the driving force behind our ability to help our clients meet their growing compliance obligations, manage increasing threats to data security, drive cost and operational efficiencies through process automation, and align their communication strategies to their sustainability objectives, to name a few.
In this first edition of Insight for 2009, we look at a number of examples of how our innovative approach is helping clients overcome these and other significant challenges.
Please take the time to read our articles on exciting new initiatives such as our Intermediary Online service for custodians, our recommendations on register cost cutting initiatives, our tailored approach to servicing SME clients and our approach to sustainable communications. We also look at how former rugby star John Eales is playing a major role in our account management framework over the next six months.
