1. How do I apply for a job?

To apply for jobs in Australia online you will need to visit careers.computershare.com

7 EASY STEPS

1. Search for jobs by setting your own personal job criteria.
2. Browse through the jobs, which the search tool locates.
3. Use 'Apply' button to begin your application.
4. Review the Employee Privacy Notification.
5. Select 'Accept' to indicate your acceptance.
6. Attach your current resume in order to pre-populate your personal profile.
7. Click ‘Submit’ to complete and submit your application.
   

FOR EXISITING APPLICANTS

If you have previously applied for a position with us, please use the same e-mail address as your previous application.

This will assist us in processing your application as quickly as possible. You can update your e-mail address upon starting your application.

2. Why should I register for job alerts?

Registering for job alerts ensures that you can maintain complete control over the job search process by receiving regular emails regarding jobs that match what you are looking for.

This means that we're looking for your ideal job, even when you're doing other things.

3. How do I verify that my resume has been properly submitted and/or received?

When your application is completed and you press ‘Submit’, your application is sent to the Computershare Recruitment Team.

If you successfully completed this process, you will receive:

1. On screen notification thanking you for your submission.
2. Email acknowledgment that your information has been forwarded to the Recruitment Team at Computershare.

The application will be listed in your personal applicant homepage under 'Submitted Applications'.

4. How do I get a new password?

1. Proceed to the Careers Home page
2. Select the 'Existing Applicants’ log in
3. Type your e-mail address and select the 'forgotten your password' link
4. Your preset secret question will be displayed. Type your answer.
5. If your answer is correct, the system will automatically generate a new password and send it via your e-mail.
6. If your answer is incorrect you can select the 'contact us for support' link.

Alternatively, please contact one of our Recruitment Specialists via the switchboard on 9415- 5000 to re-set your password for you.

5. What if I am not an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident?

You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident to apply for permanent roles at Computershare, which are based in Australia. Status will be verified prior to appointment.

6. How do you communicate with applicants?

We will regularly communicate with successful candidates throughout the recruitment process, generally by email.

Please remember to check all of your email folders for confirmation or invitation emails to ensure you do not miss out on important communication from us.

7. How do I update my personal profile or resume?

To update your personal profile or resume, please complete the following:

1. Login via the ‘Existing Applicants’ button
2. Enter your existing user name and password
3. Select the 'Update my Profile' button
4. Select one of the available options and enter your new details
5. Select ‘Save' to save the information.

8. How do I get an update on my application?

We understand that it can be stressful waiting for news on a job application so you have the option to track the status of your application at anytime by logging into the ‘Existing Applicants’

Our Recruitment Consultants also want to carefully review all applications and take the time to properly consider each application against the requirements of the role.

This can take time particularly if the role is still open and receiving applications.
