Established in 1999, Computershare Trustees currently administers 38 Employee Benefit Trusts, with a client base that includes 13 FTSE 100 companies and six FTSE 250 companies, two FTSE Small Cap companies, two FTSE AIM companies, a Toronto 100 company, an ASX company and a CAC 40 company.

Trustee Services include:

• > the holding of Trust assets in safe custody,
• > facilitating purchases of shares,
• > arranging sales and the transfer of shares on behalf of employees upon vesting,
• > domestic and international payments to employees,
• > maintenance of the books of the Trust,
