Wayne is responsible for a broad range of Computershare Canada’s services inclusive of Corporate Trust, Transfer Agency, Employee Equity Plans, Proxy Solicitation and Communication Services.
He was formerly the President of Communications Services, North America, and prior to his appointment as Canadian President, fulfilled the role of North American Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Wayne has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry and has held change management, sales and distribution positions with Coca-Cola, Pacific Dunlop and State Bank of NSW.
Before coming to Canada in 2003, Wayne was General Manager of Computershare Communication Services in Sydney, Australia for two years. |

Margot Jordan leads the Canadian relationship management team for transfer agency clients in Canada. Her responsibilities include sales and relationship management for transfer agency services in Canada and she works closely with other Computershare business lines to leverage selling opportunities across the Canadian client base.
Prior to joining Computershare in 2002, Margot held progressively senior roles within finance and operations and has worked in the financial services sector during the past eight years.
Margot is an active member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries, the Canadian Investor Relations Institute and the Women’s Executive Network. |

Stuart is responsible for directing the delivery of all fixed income, trust and agency services for public and private companies seeking the services of a corporate trustee, custodian or administrative agent.
He provides strategic guidance to Computershare and its clients in a variety of areas including structured finance & custody, debt services, trustee services, broker products, escrow and agency services, and seeks to provide both national and global assistance to facilitate the business needs of his clients.
Stuart joined Computershare in May 2001 as Legal Counsel prior to assuming his current role in July 2004. |

David Nugent leads the Canadian operations of Computershare Plan Managers – Computershare’s employee equity incentive administration and recordkeeping group. He has responsibility for all facets of this business line in Canada including operations, client servicing, and sales & marketing.
Prior to this, David was VP and CFO for Computershare Canada, where he was responsible for the financial oversight of Computershare’s Canadian businesses, including accounting, planning & analysis, treasury operations, procurement, tax and billing. |

As a member of Computershare's senior management team, Mark has profit and loss accountability for the communication services business in Canada and is responsible for managing all aspects of that business.
Before joining Computershare in 2004, Mark held management roles in operations, consulting, marketing and sales across a number of different industries.
He has prior financial services experience with American Express (UK), The Royal Bank, and Zurich Financial Services.
Mark earned his BSc (Hons. Chemistry/Computing) in 1986 and his MBA (Strategy and International Business) in 1994. |

Andrew leads Computershare’s Governance Services’ (CGS) division in North America – the market leader in subsidiary governance solutions. He is responsible for the former World Records and Datacare Software companies and their combined entity management and board portal solutions.
Previously at Datacare Software Group, his more than 10 years of experience continues to place him at the forefront of the corporate legal technology markets.
Andrew played a key role in the evolution of subsidiary governance and entity management software in both Europe and North America by introducing the first European windows entity management solution in 1994 and the first Web-based equivalent in the U.S. in 2001.
In total, Andrew has helped implement more than 250 subsidiary governance solutions in both Europe and North America. |

Roy Shanks Chief Operating Officer, Georgeson, Canada |

As Chief Operating Officer of Georgeson Canada, Roy is responsible for all aspects of Georgeson’s Canadian business. With 20 years experience, he is one of the pioneers in Canadian proxy solicitation services and has participated in almost every major M & A and proxy battle in Canada during that time. Roy sits on numerous global committees with leaders of the Georgeson offices worldwide and represents Georgeson Canada on the Computershare Canada Senior Management Team.
He is an active member of the Canadian Investors Relations Institute (CIRI) and the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries (CSCS). Roy is regularly called upon to advise companies on shareholder communication strategies and has spoken on numerous shareholder communications issues before members of CSCS, CIRI and Insight Information. |
