IMPORTANT UPDATE
Computershare's 100 University will be relocating for the FULL WEEK leading up to the G20 Summit
As we get closer to the G20 Summit, there is more information emerging around the expected impacts to Toronto’s downtown core.
As a result, we have now decided to extend the implementation of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the full week prior to the G20 Summit which means that the 100 University location will be in BCP from Monday, June 21, 2010 right through to Monday, June 28, 2010.
We will also continue to be in a state of readiness to execute our BCP both leading up to and after this period should any of the anticipated protest activity erupt before or after this timeframe.
At this stage there are no other changes to our plans and all details below remain unchanged.
Impacts of the 100 University location closure
All critical functions are being re-deployed to our back-up locations, so, for the most part, this closure will be seamless to clients, the street and securityholders.
The main impact will be to our Service Counter, which, on BCP days, will be relocated to outside the security zone at:

*We are recommending you enter via the address noted above because Canacord's actual address at 161 Bay Street is right in front of the G20 Security boundary which may make it difficult to access.

- › The back-up location at Canaccord will ONLY be able to accept deposits. Securities pick-up service will not be available during this time.
- › Speak to your Relationship Manager to confirm the location address prior to shipping a package during this period.

We have set up an advisory for securityholders on this G20 site and this information will also be promoted through Investor Centre and our Call Centre's IVR and live Agents.
